Contrary to many other low-budget independent films, we chose to film “La Vie Nous Appartient” with a large high-end camera. Thanks to generous support from our DP Marco Zimprich and the rental company pro.media in Vienna, we had the opportunity to use the Sony F65, which allowed us to deliver pictures otherwise not possible, such as moving from extreme dark to extreme light, without losing information.
